Who we are
At Tilia Tea Company, we grow more than just tea – we grow connection, community, and joy. Nestled on our micro-farm in the heart of Vermont, our teas are hand-harvested and organically grown medicinal herbs.
We believe tea is more than a beverage – it’s a ritual, a moment to pause, and a way to come together. Whether you’re catching up with a friend or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, we’re honored to be part of that experience.
Our journey began with a whimsical wish. Our daughter, Linden, loved hosting tea parties for friends and neighbors, sparking a family project that quickly took root and bloomed into something much more. Grounded in our passion for herbalism and holistic health, Tilia Tea Company was born. (Fun fact: “Tilia” is the Latin genus for Linden trees – so we’re named after our little tea enthusiast!)
Today, we’re proud to offer a growing collection of single varietal teas that reflect the beauty and benefits of the native plants we love. As a small-batch farm, our offerings are seasonal and tend to sell out, so be sure to join our community to stay in the loop.
From our family to yours, thank you for sharing a cup with us. Here’s to good tea and even better company!
