Yarrow

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a hardy perennial herb in the Asteraceae family. Commonly found in meadows, grasslands, and along roadsides, it’s admired for its delicate, fern-like leaves and clusters of small, white to pale pink flowers that bloom throughout the summer.

Rich in flavonoids and other plant compounds, yarrow has a long history of use for its supportive effects on digestion, circulation, and the body’s natural inflammatory response.

Yarrow tea has a gentle, slightly bitter, herbaceous flavor with subtle floral notes. To soften its natural bitterness, we prefer to blend it with sweeter or calming herbs such as chamomile, lemon balm, rose petals, or other immune boosters – like in our Wellness Blend! Enjoyed hot, it offers a soothing, restorative cup; iced, it provides a refreshing, lightly floral herbal drink.
